It struck not only the typical fair model, where developers and publishers present themselves, but also the emotions that the competition evokes. 2015 is a special year for WGW fans. It was then that the first edition of the event took place. Attractions should be commended, because everything was prepared perfectly. The stands of large exhibitors were tempted by the abundance of electronic equipment. It was possible to test VR kits and new games based on augmented reality. Almost 20,000 people passed through the EXPO hall in 3 days – it's impressive!

Particular applause belongs to the PlayStation and Xbox zones, which throughout the WGW organized interesting attractions related to consoles and the most anticipated productions.

Warsaw Games Week 2020

The next year is even better prepared attractions. It seemed that the first edition was already a hit, but the next one showed that you can be even closer to the fans. The success of WGW has made the event a permanent fixture on the calendar. An interesting idea was to extend the exhibition by one day. A special ticket allowed you to avoid crowds and play at any position. Then you could also meet with journalists who were happy to take advantage of the available slack.

T-Mobile Warsaw Games Week 2021

The next edition of T-Mobile Warsaw Games Week is even more exciting for fans. Presenting publishers and developers have arrived, and the space occupied by them so far has been expanded. Other interesting attractions present at the 2021 edition include:

  • simulators – this is where you could play the role of a rally driver;
  • VR Zone with treadmill-for an even more realistic gaming experience;
  • competition with prizes-each participant of WGW could try to open the safe, which was a high-end gaming laptop;
  • League of Legends tournament-an exciting esports competition;
  • exhibitors zone-pre-release demos, thanks to which players could have the opportunity to test the emerging hits. Assassin's creed and Forza are just the tip of the iceberg.

In addition, T-Mobile Warsaw Games Week hosted attractions with YouTubers. Everyone could meet their idol and see how it sounds in reality.

What can we expect from the next wgw editions?

The gaming community has been having so much fun at all the wgw attractions that they can't wait for the next editions. It is true that expectations are huge, but the great facilities and experience gained during the organization of previous events can pay off by fighting for the title of the best gaming event in Poland.
